We as private owners would like to say welcome to our recently built villa in Andalucia, Spain. Our private villa has been built and renovated to a very high standard and is ideal for all the family. You can find the villa near to the Lomas de Cabo Roig by the Playa and the golf club. The accommodation overlooks the communal swimming pool but has its own garden with gates at the front for access. The villa boasts 3 double bedrooms, 2 outstanding bathrooms and all rooms are fitted with air conditioning, Satellite TV and DVD player.
The Villa Playa Nor has been built next to a golf beach, the surrounding area has beaches and a number of golf courses like the Cabo Roig and the Dehesa de Campamor all within a few minutes walking or driving from the villa. Some of Europe's best beaches and main golf courses such as Las Ramblas and Villamartin are close by.
Within a few minutes walk you have the commercial centre with numerous bars and restaurants, supermarkets and banks and other facilities. A simple taxi or car ride will get you to the coastal road lined with bars and clubs represented by many cultures.
